Introduction
Visions of Wings Listings, is quite obviously, a listing where you can advertise your RPGs and other forums to draw in activity and members. Why do I want to make another when there is already great sites like the RPGC? Simple: the more places there are to list at, the more members you may draw in. And members are good, right?
However, every forum needs rules to keep order, and Visions is no exception. Rules should cover everything; ask a staff member if you're confused. Rules, however, are subject to change at any time, and there will be a notice, but it's up to you to make sure you're still up to date.
Rules
First and foremost, the Proboards Terms of Service must be read and followed. Violations include, but are not limited to:
Being younger than 13
Advertising, promoting, hosting, ect. illegal or obscene activities
Since they jeapordize our site on the whole, violators will be dealt with swiftly and without warning (it will 99.9% of the time result in a suspention and/or ban).
VoW's rules will be dealt with according to crime and it's severity as well as criminal records. Sentences can be one of the following: verbal repriemandment, warning on your warning bar, suspention, or banishment. Rules are as follows.
1.) All sites posted, linked, advertised, ect. on this site must have our banner (and link) in an obvious place on it. This includes in the CBox!

2.) If there is a form somewhere on this site, USE IT or the thread/post may be deleted.
3.) Remember: some boards may have seperate rules, so read them and follow them, too. Ignorance is not an excuse.
4.) Spam will no be tolerated. Whatsoever. Spam is, but not limited to, one word posts, flooding in the CBox, posting clone topics, posting something completely off-topic, and advertising when not appropriate.
5.) Do not ask people to join your board, whether in PMs, emails, the CBox or threads. That is considered very rude and will be treated like spam.
6.) No fighting, flaming, bashing, creating drama, ect. This is a place of peace, not fighting, and it will be dealt with accordingly.
7.) People who directly copy ideas or steal images will be dealt with harshly. Much of it is intellictual property of the owners and is illegal to steal. This is a board rule that covers images (photographs, works of art [including fan fiction], ect.) or ideas(plots, characters, ect.), so don't think you can get away with it.
8.) Any form of chatspeak will be deleted, simple as that. There is no excuse for good grammar -- no exceptions. I realize that everyone makes mistakes, but there are guides out there to help. Ignorance is not an excuse.
9.) Signatures may only be 200 pixels in height and 500 pixels in width. Anything else will be taken off or turned into a link. Unless it is small, do not have animated signatures, either.
10.) All pictures in threads must be links, or it will slow people down with bad internet (and the forum in general).
11.) Inactive accounts will be deleted at the staff's choosing. This will usually monthly, with zero-posters and people who have not posted within six months being deleted.
12.) Please, maintain general forum and chatroom coutesy and interenet ediquette. Ignorance is not an excuse.
13.) All rules subject to change at staff's discretion. However, you will be notified via PM.
CBox Rules
1.) Use your display name for easy identification.
2.) No advertising sites whatsoever, including asking people to click the link in there name or junk like that. This will recieve an automatic ban and you must ask the staff to be reinstated by apologizing and asking for forgiveness. You may put links in your name, but the site must have our banner and you cannot draw attention to it.
3.) Obviously, no spamming, flooding, or generally harrassing members. This is a clean, peaceful site and it should stay that way.
Conclusion
Visions of Wings strives to make a great place for people to relax in between RPGs -- however, it's up to you, the member, to make it that way. You can make it or break it; the staff is only here to serve you. We wish you happy RPing!
